I thought that Verdo has already accepted Cimbora, especially because Cimbi defended him the other time, and Cimbi was of the same opinion as he ran to greet Verdo with wagging tail. But Verdo growled so badly and then attacked him (luckily he wore muzzle). Cimbi fought back and pushed Verdo down with his body - but he did not bite.
And this disturbs me. That he never bites.... He uses his weight and size to push other dogs down, growls really badly but he does not bite...
It has already happened that the other dog bit him and he had wounds, but even in that case, he did not bite back.
He has 2 cm fangs and his bite would be lethal, I am sure. I don't want him to be aggressive or to attack but I do want him to defend himself because in case of a serious fight we cannot help him much....
I wonder whether it is normal for Landseers to be so gentle or is it because he is still a teenager and not a grown up dog?
