Arizona sunset cheesecake

Cimbi and I  spent the Sunday morning in the kitchen, baking. Cimbi helped with cleaning the bowls and he was eager to test the result of our efforts. And if anyone has doubts: yessss, Cimbi loved the Arizona Sunset Cheesecake, though I think he would have loved it even if it was a simple cheesecake, without Arizona and without sunset :))
