I have been cooking for 20 years or so... Yet there are days when I make one mistake after the other and forget about such basic rules of physics like gravitation.. Like for example that your cheesecake will fall on the floor if you turn the dish upside down. And in such difficult times Cimbi is always by my side and he helps me out. My miserable cheesecake was not wasted, the greatest admirer of my cooking wolved it down, lol
No photo about this because - and you will just have to trust me - a cheesecake which landed on the floor and is being licked up by a drooling Landseer is not a nice sight...
