Eye problems again

Yesterday evening we had an appointment with the eye specialist.
Cimbora is almost 2 years and 2 months old now and the growth period is over. His eyes are a constant problem, they are often inflamed and we wanted to show this to the specialist plus we wanted to clarify whether a plastic surgery is needed or not.
The vet examined both his eyes carefully - Cimbi was a darling, he charmed everybody and behaved like a super doggie, lol.

Well, it is because of the extropy his eyes collectthe dust and other dirt which cauuses the inflammation but the problem is worse. The skin drops so heavily in the middle of his eyes (we are talking about both eyes) that it turns inside toward the corner of the eyes constantly irritating the cornea. And this is painful...
We got tablets and eye drops and a cost estimate of the surgery and were told to think about it.
