Our favourite pancake filling is creme fraiche and ground walnut mixed with powdered sugar. One spreads a thin layer of creme fraiche evenly all over the pancake and sprinkles the ground nut mixed with sugar over it and rolls it up. Now all you have to do is to eat it before Cimbi does, lol.
