This blog is devoted to Cimbora, our Landseer ETC dog. We brought him home on November 6, 2009. He was 2 months old then. We studied the photos on the homepage of the kennel showing the available pups for days … All of the babies were so cute but we fell in love with Cimbora because of the little black mark at his mouth. On this Saturday morning we got in the car and drove about 300 km to the north-east of Hungary. The breeder prepared 4 dogs to show to us, Cimbi was one of them. It was love at first sight. He was so calm in the car, I kept caressing him and he did not have a sound, he slept all the way back home.
At home, we put him down in the garden so that he could arrange what had to be arranged. And indeed, he peed and pooped right away. He never saw grass before… It was so interesting! He was not afraid at all, he felt at home immediately.
The very first meal, it was rice and chicken meat with grated carrots, his staple food ever sice then.
